The apartment is very close to be reached from Central Train Station or city airport Linate, 200 m from subway, located next to some of the most beautiful parks- Giardini I. Montanelli and Villa Reale.

   The neighbourghood of charming typical milanese railing houses of 19th century has lately become the area of sofisticated little boutiques, trendy bars and innovative restaurants. Cosmopolitan vibe is felt already just walking by the vegan restaurant and the 50 years old  butchery next to it, the traditional Tuscany or Japanese-brasilian fusion cuisine just at the next corner.    The entrance of the apartment is the reading room. Travel and photobooks are easily to be enjoyed in front of the wooden fire place.

The master bedroom has got the extralarge king size bed and own bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. Connected is the walking through changing room.

The king size custom made bed is in the second bedroom, which shares bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has got 2 big size single beds, it's full of toys and books for the smallest ones. It's possible to request a baby crib.

The livingroom has got the 6 places dining table and space for everybody on the XXL size sofa! Very big TV screen and the fireplace help easily to chill out... The livingroom is next to the kitchen, both have access to the terrace full of plants. The kitchen is fully equipped, was compiled to live and cook in, not only to host.

   We love to sleep well! Shutters are on all the windows, double glass guarantees silence. The mattresses were very much taken care of, air conditioning to be set just at your preferred temperature.

​

   The minimal taste of the apartment meets stylish but cosy interior. Design has been thought with the utmost care but comfort. Colours, materials brought into furniture pieces with local finest artisans, top brands chosen with love for Italy, same as many contemporary artist's works around the apartment.

Consideration was given to technology as well: 2 extra speed WI-FI networks to get through thick old house walls in every corner, 3 internet televisions with HDMI entrance to connect with your unseperable devices or the provider, home cinema sound, 3D glasses.
