Check-in & Check-out
We are happy to welcome you in the Design Family Apartment from 4pm. Departure time at 10am enable us to clean and prepare the apartment for next guests.
Key handle
At you arrival we will hand you the keys in the Design family Apartment, show you around, explain you anything you would like to know about the area or answer any of your questions and curiosities.
On the day of the departure we will come to say good bye, to get the keys and make a short inspection of the apartment with you.
Cleaning
We take a lot of care of cleaning and hygiene. We use sanitizing products every cleaning, clean filters of air conditioning and wash frequently curtains.
During longer stays in Design Family Apartment cleaning is cared of once a week, when also bed linen is changed. In case of request to clean or to change more often bed linen, extracharge would be applied.
Payment & cancellation
At the time of booking a 50% of payment is required. The remaining amount must be paid latest at the arrival.
The reservation is fully confirmed once the 50% of the payment was received.
For cancellation prior 2 weeks of arrival, full payment will be returned. In case of later cancellation if we are able to rent the full period, we will return back the payment. In case of only partial replaced booking of the apartment, costs may apply or we will credit you a voucher for next stay in our apartment. If security deposit was paid, it will be returned. For cancellation less than 72 hours prior arrival, if we can not enable any new replacing booking, the payment would be withheld.
Extras
Visitors staying overnight during your stay shall be announced and costs would be involved. Please, report to us in any moment of your stay.
All facilities are offered by the Design Family Apartment and are not considered as Extras.
Damage coverage
During your stay, please contact us for any reports of damages, inventory or issues, that we could try to solve as quickly as possible.
In case of damage in the apartment you are kindly requested to report during your stay and to guarantee its coverage by additional payment.
If the stay is longer than 3 days, you are kindly requested to pay the security deposit of 200 EUR on your arrival. If no damage has been caused by you, the security deposit will be returned when inspection would be done during/after your departure. In case of damage, its coverage is requested and the part of the security deposit is withheld.
Liabilities
The owners of the Design Family Apartment and the staff helping to run the apartment do not accept any liability or responsability for possible consequences of any eventual accidents or thefts in or around the apartment, caused by whatever circumstance.
We recommend you to take a travel insurance.
By booking and payment, or part of the payment of the rent you agree with rental conditions of Design Family Apartment.
